A NoDa business guide, built around the neighborhood
We’re developing a local directory concept with business profiles, categories, featured placements and annual sponsorship options. A business editing portal is planned; it is not available yet.
Interested in a founding listing? Tell us your business name, category, website and the audience you want to reach. We’ll discuss a placement and show you a sample before agreeing on a paid listing.
What we’ll agree together
- Where your listing or ad appears and the length of the placement.
- Your approved business description, image and destination link.
- The price, update arrangements and reporting that can actually be provided.
Paid placements will be labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsorship does not influence historical research or imply endorsement by a school, government agency or community organization. No traffic or sales outcome is guaranteed.

Founding sponsor: $1,000 prepaid
Pay before January 1, 2027. Your agreed placement starts immediately and runs through December 31, 2027, with ad creation and one update per month included.
From January 1, 2027, the rate for new sponsors is $125 per month. Founding sponsors retain their prepaid coverage through the end of 2027. Any renewal after that requires a new agreement.
The site’s audience is growing; no traffic, leads or sales volume is guaranteed. Placement, dates and cancellation/refund terms are confirmed before payment.
