🎨 NoDa Artist & Vendor Code of Conduct
Keeping NoDa Beautiful, Respectful, and Creative
 As a vendor in NoDa, I agree to the following guidelines to ensure our presence supports the neighborhood, the businesses, the residents, and each other:
đź”’ Vendor Rights
- All vendors will be treated fairly and equally
- NoDaNights.com and the Vendor Program will advocate for vendor inclusion in community plans
- We will never sell or share vendor info without consent
🤝 Respect the Community
- Be kind and cooperative with local residents, businesses, and fellow vendors
- Use polite, professional language during all interactions
- Address any issues calmly—or report them to the vendor coordinator
🎵 Respect the Vibe
- No loud or competing music or audio without prior agreement
- Keep displays attractive, clean, and safe
- No aggressive or disruptive sales tactics
đź’š Give Back to NoDa
- Contribute a $10 beautification fee per event (or approved community service)
- Support NoDa’s creative energy by helping with:
- Flower planting
- Mural care or cleanup
- Community events when possible
đź“‹ Respect the Registration System
- Register in advance and only set up in assigned or open spaces
- Cancel ahead of time if you can’t make it
- Follow guidelines for set-up and breakdown windows
